Two weeks ago, I had a powerful ego death moment.

It was a calling from a higher power—a deep, almost spiritual realization that everything I came to Phoenix, Arizona to learn, I had already within myself.

This shift has brought me a newfound clarity about my vision and life’s direction.

It’s time for a change. I’ve decided to move back to Massachusetts.

Before I moved to Phoenix, I was caught up in the “guru/influencer” lifestyle that social media glorifies.

Flashing wealth, surrounding myself with other influencers, living this so-called “dream life” that I thought would bring fulfillment.

The truth is, I don’t value that lifestyle.

What I do value is scaling my coaching business—helping people transform their lives, just like I’ve been doing. I value being around family and friends who care about me on a deeper level, and I want to create a life with someone who will share in that journey and help me build a family.

That feeling of home is rooted in where I’m from—Massachusetts and the New England area

It’s not just a place on the map, but a culture, a vibe.

I love the directness of the people, the rhythm of both the bustling cities and the small towns. Scottsdale and Phoenix were cool, don’t get me wrong, and I would definitely recommend checking out Arizona. But it never felt like home.

Here’s what I want you to take from this:

No matter where you go, you carry your true self with you. Sometimes we feel the need to be in certain places to unlock parts of ourselves we haven’t yet discovered. But the truth is, it’s not the place that transforms you—it’s your internal work that makes the difference. Your external reality is a mirror of your subconscious mind.

I thought that moving to Phoenix and Scottsdale would give me the “wealth” I was seeking, or help me “level up” my game with women, or lead me to the perfect social circle. But what I realized is that it’s not the places that bring these things to you. It’s you who attracts the right people and opportunities

Now that I’m moving back to Massachusetts, I’ve come to understand that stability doesn’t mean just finding the right physical place. It’s about creating a sense of stability within yourself—aligning your actions with your deepest values and desires.

I’ve learned that no matter where I go, I’m always going to have to face myself. Phoenix was the perfect place for me to clear out deep trauma, regain my personal power, and mature in how I socialize and run my business. It deepened my level of self-discovery, but now I’m ready for the next chapter.

I’m headed back to a place where I feel connected to my roots—to my tribe. I’m ready to nurture my relationships and surround myself with people who want to grow and build together.

So here’s the takeaway:

Everything you need is already within you. Your environment can amplify your growth, but it’s your internal work that truly matters. If you find yourself in a place that doesn’t resonate with your soul, know that you can always choose a new direction. But ultimately, it’s the work you do on yourself that will guide you to the people, the opportunities, and the experiences you’re meant to have.

And as I return home, I’m not just going back to a physical place. I’m returning to myself

Thanks for being part of this journey with me. I’m excited for the next chapter and all that lies ahead.
Much love,
