Every single day, you need to face off with something that makes you want to quitâand win.
It can be:
- Cold shower, no music, no distractions. Just you vs. the water.
- 50 burpees for time. No breaks. No whining.
- Write and post something brutally honest that youâve been scared to say publicly.
- Ask someone for something you want (connection, opportunity, help). No ego games. No avoidance.
Men are forged through friction. Your nervous system is bored and anxious because it hasnât had to dominate anything latelyâitâs been dodging.
2. Earned Solitude (Not Isolation)
Go somewhere alone on purpose for one reason: clarity through silence.
Walk, drive, sit in natureâno content, no music, no texting, no journaling.

âWhat part of me have I been avoiding?â
