Matt’s story will show you what actually works ↓
Let me tell you about a past client of mine – Matt Kall, and why his story is going to permanently change how you think about confidence.
Matt was that guy who had his physical game on lock.
Hitting the gym consistently, looking good, adding weight each session.
But despite ticking all boxes, he still felt like something was missing.
I have a feeling you can probably relate…
Let’s dive in.
The Problem Most Men Don’t Want to Admit
Matt realized what a lot of us refuse to acknowledge: working on your body isn’t the same as working on yourself.
You can have the best physique in the room and still feel anxious talking to women. You can be jacked and still have no idea how to handle rejection. You can look amazing and still feel empty inside, abandoned by your soul.
Matt knew he needed to grow emotionally and spiritually, but here’s where it gets interesting…
What Nobody Teaches You About Your Mind
When Matt started working with me, he described his mind as a “cluttered room.”
Think about that for a second. Your mind; the thing that controls literally everything you do, is just a mess of random thoughts, old programming, old beliefs you never consciously chose.
“A thought doesn’t have to be a permanent thought.”
Thoughts are malleable.
He began to reflect on his past relationships, situations, and internal dialogue; and realized his thoughts weren’t facts. He could actually choose how he thinks. That changed everything.
“It just takes honest reflection and practice,” he told me.
The Technique That Changed Everything
I taught Matt a specific journaling method that isn’t about writing down your feelings. It’s about forensic analysis of your own patterns.
This technique helps you examine how specific circumstances in your life led to specific results. Not just what happened, but WHY it happened based on your underlying beliefs and conditioning.
Matt went from being controlled by past trauma to finding genuine peace. Not through years of therapy. Not through pills. Through reprogramming his subconscious mind.
His words: “I was able to truly begin my healing journey from past trauma and find peace.”
Here’s What This Actually Looks Like
Instead of trying to become some “high-value man” persona every guru tells you to become, Matt learned how to become the truest version of himself.
Instead of following dating scripts (lol), he developed authentic confidence.
Instead of suppressing his emotions or over-analyzing them, he learned to process them in a way that actually fueled his growth.
There’s one moment I’ll never forget.
I asked Matt, “If I told you you’d date 50 women, and you aren’t sure how long you’d date them, but on number 51 you’d find the girl you’d marry… would you do it?”
He paused and said, “Yes, 100%.”
I said, “It’s all part of the journey. Enjoy it.”
That reframing clicked for him. It removed the pressure of needing to “get it right” every time. He became more present. Detached from needing outcomes. And focused on actually getting to know women for who they were.
Why This Matters for You
If you’re reading this, you probably relate to Matt’s story. Maybe you’ve been:
- Working on your physical appearance but still feeling insecure
- Consuming endless self-improvement content without real results
- Stuck in the same patterns despite “knowing better”
- Feeling like there’s a deeper level of confidence you can’t access
The truth? There’s nothing wrong with you. You’ve just been working on the wrong level.
The Missing Piece
Society gives us three broken options:
1. Red Pill approach: Become cold and manipulative
2. Therapy approach: Analyze your feelings forever
3. Pharmaceutical approach: Medicate the symptoms
Whereas what actually works is cognitive-spiritual reprogramming.
Changing the belief systems that drive your behavior from fear to authentic power.
Much love, Shawn “Sheshn” Heshmatpour |
