As you may have noticed, it has been a little while since I last wrote you a newsletter.

Over the past 3 years, I’ve been battling a chronic health issue with my gut, brain fog, and fatigue.

All while creating content, serving my clients, and growing as a man.

I invested thousands of dollars in many functional medicine practitioners, subconscious mind healers (yes, even as a coach who specializes in the subconscious mind, I also invest in my own craft), and of course, traditional medicine doctors too.

The amount of energy it has taken from the things I love has been debilitating, even though I still keep showing up and doing my best to live as the highest version of myself.

With that being said… I am very excited to announce that I am almost 100% healed from this condition.

I share this for a few reasons.

First, I want to give you so much gratitude for being a reader of my content.

In times of pain and struggle, it is an absolute blessing to wake up, create content, and write to people who learn from my teachings.

I love being at service to my community. Whether they are a client of mine, an audience member on social media, or here on the email list.

Whether you have bought something, gone through a free course, or just signed up for the vibes. Thank you so much!

I also want to share something powerful with you.

You may be in a rut of your own right now.

Maybe you are struggling financially.
Maybe you are struggling to meet your significant other.
Maybe you are struggling to create a level of confidence in yourself.
Or maybe you are working through some sort of chronic pain or disease in your body. If you desire something, you will eventually get it.

But it requires patience.

And it requires growth.

It requires you to do your best to continue to work towards your desire while you also seek inward and upgrade your level of consciousness.

To let go of whatever negative attachments you have, which create more energetic friction between yourself and the outcome you want.
The month of October started pretty strongly for me, but then the second half of the month, my health flare-ups began again, and my grandmother passed.

Her memorial was on my birthday weekend to top it all off.

To be fair, it happened for a reason…I was definitely her favorite grandchild 😉

(Shhh, don’t tell my cousins I said that 🤫)

However, with all of those series of events.

With the chronic pain, bloating, and fatigue.

I did something I normally don’t do.

I decided to just do the bare minimum for my business to kick off the month of November.

This created a lot of discomfort in me.

I am so used to being on, being productive, serving my clients, and working to bring more opportunities for my business so I can serve more men.

However, it also made me face my attachment I had to my own business.

To let go of the thing that I love doing the most.

I recognized how much I’ve been in service to others without giving my full attention to healing this chronic health issue once and for all.

As men, we are so addicted to always doing something and providing.

But I knew if I wanted to expand even further energetically. This health issue needed my full attention.

I told myself I’ll be doing the bare minimum for my business until this is fully healed.

No matter how long it takes.

All I did was show up for client calls, Tweeted, meditated, journaled, and hung out with my mind. (With some occasional television here and there).

I started to do the thing I feared the most.

Bare minimum.

I allowed my nervous system to learn to be okay with taking a break from always being “on” as an entrepreneur.

Then a few days later, I caught up on the phone with a good friend of mine in the health coaching space.

He told me about a new guy he met, Alejandro, who helped his girlfriend heal from symptoms similar to mine.

So I reached out to him, a tad bit skeptical from all the money and time I’ve put into healing this issue.

He was very knowledgeable, taught me about the biochemistry of digestion from an angle I had not heard before, and felt very confident he could help me without trying to prove anything or being pushy in selling me his solutions.

So I went with it. Something within me felt like he could help, and I was totally detached from the outcome, too.

A little over a week of him and I working with each other on a supplement combination protocol, my metabolism started to rise, brain fog and fatigue completely gone, and my digestion pretty much feels almost back to normal again.

The full effects are supposed to kick in within 4-6 weeks, so I am already amazed by how I feel.

I am reborn.

I wasn’t even searching for someone to help me.

I had to get to a level of understanding of myself and let go of attachments that were mentally and emotionally still keeping me stuck in order to manifest this gentleman into my life to help me with what was physically keeping me stuck.

This really opened my eyes a lot on how I see desire and how God (or the Universe) plays out in our lives.

It is ALWAYS working for you.

And it works in such ways that we sometimes can not understand with the naked eye.

I now have the physical energy I’ve been desiring for many years to take my business, my health, and my lifestyle to the next level.

I just needed to learn more about myself and what I needed to let go of along the way in order to call in the physical healing my body needed to hold the capacity for my desires.

Growth begins in the mind, and the result of it becomes your physical reality.

Detach from how you think it’s supposed to happen.

Try your best at the level of understanding you have now in the physical world while you continue to learn and understand yourself during the process of it all.

All it takes is one “a-ha” moment.

(Or in this case, for me, one supplement protocol).

For you to be back in a steady and confident flow again.

You will experience both the highs and lows of life.

But all of it is completely working for you towards the bigger picture.

I hope this newsletter brings you inspiration today.

Again, I got so much appreciation for you for being a reader of my content. Thank you so much for being a part of my journey as you learn from me.

You’ll be hearing from me again soon.
Much love,
Shawn “Sheshn” Heshmatpour
