CASE STUDY: ALAN MEYER

I worked with Alan for six months. 

Before he invested in coaching he was struggling to create the confidence to: 

• Cultivate more wealth for his copywriting service
• Create deeper and more intimate connections with women 

Wealth and women are a natural desire for men, but in order to make those things come to fruition; you must have the confidence to be in the energetic state to receive it.  

Here is what Alan did in our coaching program for him to be in the state of attraction and practically apply it to the external world:

1. He identified the root cause of his fears, anxiety, and self-doubt 

When working together we identified every limitation Alan set on himself was caused by the root pattern of “not feeling good enough”. This is the #1 limitation I see with all of my students. When you’re able to identify the root cause, you are able to begin healing at a deeper level. 

That’s exactly what Alan started to do.  

2. He became curious about the pattern 

It’s easy to resist stories about yourself that your nervous system holds so tightly onto. Here is what Alan worked on during our calls and in between: 

He learned to meet his persistent stories with curiosity. When he met the story of “not good enough” with curiosity he was able to understand it more at a deeper level. He was able to understand: 

• How the pattern played out in his past
• Where it stemmed from
• How these beliefs were given to him by a society that doesn’t know any better 

3. He compassionately allowed it, accepted, and embraced 

After meeting his story with curiosity, Alan learned emotional processing. Instead of resisting the darkness behind the wisdom, he allowed the feelings, he accepted they’re a part of the journey, and he embraced these struggles as just a part of humanity.  

4. Creating new belief systems 

Before Alan applied the inner work towards improving his wealth and creating deeper romantic connections with women, we worked on new belief systems. On the calls, we’d raise awareness towards how the limitations would show up practically towards his goals and his self-confidence. Alan and I talked about big picture perspectives and new belief systems to embody which aligned with the big picture. In between calls, he would practice them using different tools.  

5. Practical implementation – Wealth 

The core reason Alan was not making as much money as he wanted was that he did not feel good enough. How was the story of ‘not good enough’ manifesting in his life? 

He would avoid taking action towards getting new clients. He believed his service was not good enough. He was not being proactive in his client acquisition process. So we worked through these beliefs, and held space along with guidance for him to see these beliefs were not true. From there, we created a game plan to reach out to X amount of clients per week.  

The key takeaway here is this.  

When you take your self-worth out of the picture, you can practically see how the inputs of your business directly relate to making sales. If you’re not making sales, it’s because you are not having enough conversations with potential clients. If you’re not having enough conversations with potential clients it’s because you are not actively reaching out. If you’re not actively reaching out, it’s because you are still stuck on a belief that is not driving you to provide value in exchange for money. Once Alan got the idea, he was able to see this practically rather than personally. From this shift, he was able to reach out to new businesses and close more sales while also landing bigger projects for his copywriting services.  

6. Practical implementation – Romantic relationships 


Alan met a woman early in the coaching container. Just like any other relationship, a lot of mirrors were shown to Alan which reflected back his insecurities and the story of not being good enough.  

A few scenarios that played out: 

• Afraid of losing her
• Uncertainty around the intimacy
• Feeling uncomfortable by her uncomfortable emotions 

As these challenges came up in this new relationship, Alan and I were able to identify the mirrors of her behavior and relate it back to how they were happening on purpose to challenge his story of ‘not feeling good enough’. We focused on having him show gratitude for each challenge and become more confident in his frame when issues would rise up.  

7. Meeting everything with love and a state of service 

As Alan stepped more into his power it was because we worked on bringing the energy of love, selflessness, and service into his relationships and business. When the mind wants to be in control it operates in fear; when you operate in a state of fear, you try to make things happen in your external reality for you to feel good enough about who you are. To fully detach from this state of fear, you must reverse it to a state of love and service to others.  

For example: 

Reaching out to new potential clients was not only because Alan wanted to hit his monthly revenue goals, it was because he wanted to serve more businesses. Holding space for his new relationship was not so he could get love from his lady friend, it was because he was emanating a state of love so she could feel safe.  

When you let go of the desired result, you are showing yourself and the world around you that nothing external can have power over you. Your love for yourself and your love for life emanates a vibration of power. One that easily attracts more people towards you, to work with you, to be in a relationship with you, and for all types of opportunities. 
By the end of the program, Alan deeply understood how this works and how to apply it at such a high level. 

Your results in life are simply just a byproduct of what you are and what you put out into the world.  

If you want love from a woman, then share your love with her.
If you want clients and money, then share your value and help your potential clients solve problems.
You receive what you give.
You give when you are not focused on yourself.
You stop focusing on yourself when you have focused on yourself so much that you’ve realized you already have everything you need.
Alan has changed so much throughout the course of our work together.  
I am incredibly proud of him and his ability to be open to receiving new insight and practicing his inner work.

The 2020’s have become the start of the new age of conceptualization. 

Why? 

Because more people are starting to get it.  

How you perceive the world is exactly how you will show up.
How you show up is how you influence your external environment.
How you influence your external environment is how you get results.
You can use your perception for you or against you.
