Hello there,
Do you think of yourself as shy?
You need to stop labeling yourself as shy.
You need brutal self-confidence.
Throughout my childhood, teenage years, and a big chunk of my 20s; I was filled with insecurity.
Long story short:
• I was bullied as a kid
• Manipulated and beat up by drug dealers in my teens
• Hid my shame with partying and booze in my early 20’s
The byproduct of this trauma was becoming one shy person.
Now, I am not immune.
I still have my shyness come back up here and there to this day.
Even though I am here on my journey I am still human just like you.
But it resurfaces much less often, and when it does – I know how to handle it.
I want to give you 8 practices that have helped me:
• Gain confidence to launch a successful coaching business
• Feel safe to be myself in social circles
• Feel comfortable with my friendships
• Flirt with women and go on dates
• Create a strong presence
Let’s start.
1. Escape Victimhood
No one likes a victim mentality, and it offers NOTHING for you.
You may have not chosen your past or what happened to you, but you can choose if you want it to control your life.
Showing up in your life differently means you need to THINK DIFFERENTLY.
Change “why me” to “challenge accepted”.
It is ultimately up to you to do the inner work.
2. Take Accountability
Own up to which areas of your life you are feeding your shyness.
Are you managing your mind daily?
Do you criticize yourself too much?
Are you ignoring going out of your comfort zone?
Find out where you still cut yourself short and make changes.
Take full accountability even on issues which weren’t created by you.
3. Live with Integrity
You must live a life with:
• Honesty
• True to your values
• With high morals
Living with integrity makes self-confidence easy because you are TRUSTING yourself that you can live a life that is true to YOU.
Breaking your own integrity is one of the worst things you can do as a man, let alone your confidence.
4. Be Intentional
Nothing takes away from your self-confidence more than mindless living.
It feeds into your self-doubt.
You need to be intentional in every action.
Brushing your teeth, getting ready for a date, taking a shower, on a business call, writing, whatever it is.
Be intentional in that moment on that exact task.
Be in the present.
5. Appreciate your Life
• Appreciation
• Gratitude
• Optimism
These are feelings you can create with your own thoughts.
When you practice them daily it becomes habitual and your mind will look for these feelings automatically.
Remember, the odds of being born are 1 in 400 trillion.
6. Accept the Universe’s Timing
It is good to have goals:
• Your future lover
• Your 10k+/month business
• New places to live
But it won’t happen magically.
Trust the universe has your back.
It will come to YOU.
All you need to do is the work.
7. Express and Exercise Kindness
You can’t live a happy and confident life while shaming and hating others.
I mean, just look at X (Twitter) and see how many miserable people spread hate.
It does not work that way.
You do not love or hate other people.
You love or hate yourself through other people.
So treat yourself kindly by being kind to others.
8. Intuition
Trust your gut.
It’s been developed over thousands of years.
It knows what is right and what is wrong.
It’s a form of sixth sense.
Utilise it.
Trust it.

It all comes back down to confidence.
To get a loving wife.
To create a successful business.
To live with fulfillment.
